Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm. This removes your profile, your photos, and revokes all sessions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store app → tap your profile → Subscriptions → Nomafii Premium → Cancel. Deleting the Nomafii app does not cancel your subscription.
How do I report someone?
Tap the "…" menu on a profile or long-press a message and choose Report. Reports go to our moderation team. You can also block a user from the same menu.
How do I change my city?
Nomafii uses your device location to figure out which city you are in. Make sure location permission is enabled. When you arrive in a new city, Nomafii detects it automatically.
I cannot log in.
Try resetting your password from the login screen. If the password reset email does not arrive, check the spam folder and write to us at [email protected].
I have a bug to report.
Please send: the device model (e.g. iPhone 15), the iOS version, the app version, and a short description of what you were doing. Screenshots help.
